Stop The "Assault" Weapons Ban


WHEREAS: The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution clearly states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"; and

WHEREAS: U.S. Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA) and anti-gun lawmakers are pushing a sweeping BAN on the sale, transfer, importation, manufacturing, and possession of standard-capacity magazines, countless semi-automatic pistols, self-defense shotguns, and nearly every firearm used for sport, self-defense, and liberty; and

WHEREAS: Any ban on firearms is UNCONSTITUTIONAL under the Second Amendment, ILLEGAL under the Supreme Court's recent Bruen decision, and a precursor to GUN CONFISCATION.

     

    THEREFORE: As your constituent, I insist you OPPOSE AND VOTE AGAINST any bans on commonly-owned semi-auto firearms and all other radical schemes to gut our Second Amendment rights. Texas Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.

      • Countless semi-automatic pistols

      • And nearly every firearm used for sport, self-defense, and liberty 
       

      Make no mistake: this is a full-scale attack on the Second Amendment -- and Democrats are weaponizing fear to ram it through.

      Even with today's slim majorities in Congress, this bill shouldn’t pass.

      But weak Republicans like John Cornyn have caved before -- and they could cave again.

      Just like he did on Biden’s "red flag" scheme with the so-called “Bipartisan Safer Communities Act” or Biden's registration scheme with the Fix NICS Act.

      Worse, Cornyn’s gun-grabbing pal -- Democrat Senator Chris Murphy -- is already demanding immediate action.
